Pride Colour Run 2018


The University of Leicester Running and Athletics club Pride Colour Run returned for it's fourth year.

Today was the return of the Pride Colour Run hosted by the University of Leicester Running and Athletics Club on Victoria Park in Leicester This colour run has been a fantastic and popular part of the freshers calendar for pass three years, it is enjoyed by students and locals!

Hundreds of runners showed their pride, or support for the cause of equality for all by taking part in this colourful and lighthearted event in the middle of Leicester. by Walking, running, or jogging the 5 km course to help raise awareness for LGBTQ+ equality and acceptance.


The run Started near the Arch of Remembrance, the course consisted of two laps of Victoria Park, with 6 paint stations per lap, the runners got completely covered in colour.
