Detectives investigating an assault on Easter Sunday (4 April) have issued images of five people they want to speak to in connection with the incident
At around 10.50am, the driver of a van was assaulted in Hinckley Road, close to the junction of the crossroad with Braunstone Lane and Ratby Lane.
The driver had got out to speak to a group of people. As a result of the assault, he suffered serious facial injuries.
Detective Constable Sian Harris-Ley, from West Leicester CID, said: “Following our previous appeal for information, five people I would like to speak to have been identified.
“Do you know any of the people pictured – or is one of them you? If so, then please get in touch.
“I believe you may have information that could help my investigation.”
